What to Share for a Spare Parts Enquiry

What to Share for a Spare Parts Enquiry

Photograph the Nameplate

Take a clear photograph of the available equipment identification plate. Include readable model information where present. If the nameplate is missing, share the equipment documents and any information available from the original purchase or maintenance records.

Show the Complete Part

Send photographs of the whole part and its connection to the equipment. Include several angles where they help explain mounting points, shafts, flanges, electrical connections or surrounding components. A close-up alone may not show enough information to identify the part.

Provide Relevant Dimensions

Record the dimensions needed to explain the part, such as length, diameter and mounting arrangement. State the quantity required and describe where the part is used. Include the working environment and any relevant symptoms or maintenance information, without operating damaged equipment to demonstrate a problem.

Review the Information with Our Team

Use the parts support page to prepare your enquiry and contact Wanlong with the photos and documents. Compatibility is reviewed against the equipment information. A clear enquiry helps the team identify the required component and discuss applicable documentation.
